The physical feeder is great, but the app doesn't compare to others. You can only share with 4 devices, others can share 20. The playback and file lists are a nightmare, it's not easy to get a recap of the day. Other apps allow editing with stickers, and also have local sharing. I want this feeder but with the app all my friends use! 😭

The free app works well. However, the identification feature is very inaccurate in the paid version. Most of the time it says a bird is a "pet" or "person". Since they won't open the software up with an API to get better results with actual AI, you can do that either.

I was given a camera as a gift and used it for 6 months. During the winter it stopped connecting and I contacted customer service. we tried a few trouble shooting things but could not get it to turn on. The customer service was great. They mailed me a new camera when we couldn't get mine to work. Highly recommend this product.
